This policy describes the aiZombieCoupleVideo service at aizombiecouplevideo.org. The service name provided by the operator is aiZombieCoupleVideo. For support, contact support@aizombiecouplevideo.org.
When you sign in, we process your account identifier, name, email address, profile image where supplied, and session information. We keep credit balances, purchase records and generation task records so you can use your credits, see your history and recover an interrupted task. Authentication may also record technical information such as IP address, locale and referral source.
We use the two photos you upload and your selected model and resolution to generate your video. Your video, task status, selected options and credit usage are associated with your account so you can view results and history.
We use KIE for third-party AI generation services. Our configured storage provider stores uploaded photos and related media. When a payment channel is enabled, the selected payment provider processes the checkout; our application receives payment identifiers, status, amount, currency and related billing information. We do not ask you to enter full card details into our own application.
Signing in with Google or another enabled provider shares the account information needed to authenticate you. Provider processing is also subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy information. We do not promise a particular processing country or a provider deletion timetable.
Account history is protected by sign-in and ownership checks. Media files associated with video generation may be accessible to anyone who has their full storage URL. Do not upload material that needs confidential storage.
There is currently no automatic deletion period for uploaded photos and related media files. Generation failure returns the relevant site credits, but does not itself promise deletion of all stored files. We do not claim that removing a history entry removes provider copies. To request help locating or deleting stored media, contact support@aizombiecouplevideo.org.
Upload only adult portraits that you have permission to use, including permission from the other person in the image. Do not upload identity documents, confidential information or another person’s photo without authorization. You may choose not to upload images or not to continue with generation. You can sign out through the account menu.
Session cookies support sign-in. Browser storage is used for generation recovery and the popup sign-in flow. Payment and authentication providers may use their own cookies. We may update this page when the workflow, providers or contact details change.
