These terms describe the aiZombieCoupleVideo service at aizombiecouplevideo.org. The operator-provided service name is aiZombieCoupleVideo. For account, payment or generation support, contact support@aizombiecouplevideo.org. These terms do not specify an unconfirmed legal entity, address or governing jurisdiction.
Upload two authorized adult portraits, select an available Seedance model and resolution, and review the required credits before generating a video. When complete, you can view and download your video. AI output can vary: identity, motion, timing and scene details are not guaranteed to match every instruction exactly.
Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Upload only images you have permission to use and obtain permission from each depicted person. Do not use the service for impersonation, harassment, fraud, unlawful content or images of minors. You remain responsible for your uploads and how you use the generated video.
Available credit packs and prices appear on the pricing page. Current packs are one-time purchases; the current packs do not expire. Each model and resolution has its own generation credit cost. The generation confirmation displays the selected cost; the server validates the price and balance before reserving credits. Credits have no cash redemption feature in the application.
A successful payment is recognized only after the payment provider confirms it and the server matches it to the saved order. Do not treat a browser return page alone as proof of payment. A payment option may remain unavailable until it is configured.
An explicitly failed generation returns its reserved site credits once. A slow request or uncertain submission does not itself prove failure: the existing task must be checked rather than submitting another chargeable request. Staff can reconcile a confirmed provider job with the existing task. Generating again after a successful delivery is a separate credit-consuming request.
A returned generation credit is different from a money refund. The site does not currently offer an automated cash-refund request feature. If a payment provider confirms a full or partial money refund, the corresponding purchased credits are adjusted proportionally, rounded up to a whole credit. Credits already used or reserved remain recorded, and a later task failure cannot recreate credits already refunded in cash. This does not remove rights that apply to your purchase.

No result is a promise of commercial success or freedom from third-party rights. Service or account restrictions may be necessary for misuse or technical problems.
